Sp. k., ul. Zag\u00f3rska 54, 42-500 B\u0119dzin, pero no m\u00e1s tarde de 14 d\u00edas a partir del d\u00eda en que desististe del contrato.<\/p><p>Puede rescindir el contrato en un plazo de 14 d\u00edas.<\/p><p>Comienza el plazo de 14 d\u00edas para rescindir el contrato:<\/p><ul><li>Para un contrato en el que entregamos un bien, estando obligados a transferir su propiedad - desde el momento en que usted o un tercero indicado por usted, distinto del transportista, toma posesi\u00f3n de los bienes,<\/li><li>Para los contenidos digitales, a partir del d\u00eda de celebraci\u00f3n del contrato. Para cumplir el plazo, basta con enviar la declaraci\u00f3n antes de su vencimiento.<\/li><\/ul><p>Los pagos efectuados por usted, incluidos los gastos de env\u00edo de la mercanc\u00eda, tal y como se especifica en la normativa, le ser\u00e1n reembolsados inmediatamente, pero a m\u00e1s tardar 14 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que recibamos su declaraci\u00f3n de desistimiento.<\/p><p>Podremos retener el reembolso del pago recibido de usted hasta que recibamos el art\u00edculo de vuelta o hasta que usted presente una prueba de su devoluci\u00f3n, lo que ocurra primero.<\/p><p>Recuerde que el derecho a desistir de un contrato a distancia no se aplica a los consumidores, entre otros, en relaci\u00f3n con los contratos:<\/p><ul><li>Cuando el objeto del servicio sea un art\u00edculo no prefabricado, confeccionado conforme a las especificaciones del consumidor o que sirva para satisfacer sus necesidades individualizadas,<\/li><li>Cuando el objeto del servicio es un art\u00edculo que se deteriora r\u00e1pidamente o tiene una vida \u00fatil corta,<\/li><li>Cuando el objeto del servicio sea un art\u00edculo entregado en un embalaje precintado que no pueda devolverse una vez abierto (desembalado) por motivos de protecci\u00f3n de la salud o de higiene. Encontrar\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre la rescisi\u00f3n del contrato en nuestro Reglamento de Ventas.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Quejas<\/strong> Si el producto que nos ha comprado resulta defectuoso, tiene derecho a reclamar la garant\u00eda. Lo mejor es presentar una reclamaci\u00f3n por correo electr\u00f3nico: <a href=\"mailto:complaints@masterofcity.com\" target=\"_new\">complaints@masterofcity.com<\/a> o por correo a la direcci\u00f3n DTW Logistics Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., ul. Zag\u00f3rska 54, 42-500 B\u0119dzin.<\/p><p>Devuelva el art\u00edculo reclamado a la direcci\u00f3n DTW Logistics Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., ul. Zag\u00f3rska 54, 42-500 B\u0119dzin.<\/p><p>En relaci\u00f3n con el defecto, puede exigir:<\/p><ul><li><p>Sustituci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo por otro libre de defectos,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Rectificaci\u00f3n del defecto, o presentar una declaraci\u00f3n al respecto:<\/p><\/li><li><p>Reducci\u00f3n del precio,<\/p><\/li><li><p>Rescisi\u00f3n del contrato - en caso de defecto importante.
